How Do I Place an Order?

How do I place an order? It’s quick and easy.

STEP 1:  Browse our categories, click on “Shop” in the top menu or do a search. Searching is easy. There is a big search bar on the Home Page just below the banner, and a magnifying glass in the top menu on the right of each page.

STEP 2: If you see a product you like, you can click on “Quick View” to see a sample version of the product. This view does not contain as much info but is still very handy. To the view the product in full, click on “Detail” as you hover with your mouse over a product. The full product page should open and you will be able to view the product’s price, photos, description, specifications, reviews and more.

STEP 3: Click on the “Add to Cart” button next to the product. This will add the product to your cart. Your cart is just like a shopping cart. Each product added to cart will be added to your entire cart.

STEP 4: If you are satisfied with your product(s) in your cart and wish to pay, you simply click on “Checkout”. This can be found when clicking on the little cart icon, on the right – in the top menu. It looks like a little shopping cart / trolley.

STEP 5: On the checkout page, you have to complete a form. This will be information such as delivery address, contact number and more.

STEP 6: At the bottom of the form you will be asked to select a payment method. You can pay via PayFast or direct EFT to us. Bank details for EFT  is provided after placing the order in the following step. Please note: All payments are 100% safe and secure.

STEP 7: You will then click on “Place Order” to place your order. Once you order is placed and paid, for you will receive a confirmation email. This will contain your order information. You can also view your order status in “My Account>My Orders” if you have created an account.

That’s it, you’re done placing an order!

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We only use couriers to ensure the best possible delivery service. Our main couriers are Dawn Wing and Fast Way.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

Delivery time is as follows:

Shop Stock: 1-3 Business Days via Dawn Wing or Fast Way Couriers.
Warehouse Stock: 4-8 Business Days via Dawn Wing or Fast Way Couriers.

How Do I Track My Order?

There are a few ways this can be checked. You will receive an email as soon as your order is shipped. This email will contain your tracking number and the website where this can be tracked. Another option is to simply log into your Cybotech online account by clicking HERE. Click on My Orders. This will take you to the orders page with all your listed orders. Click on to view the desired order information including the tracking info. This is usually supplied in a link.

What Payment Methods Are Available?

Once you have filled in your details at the checkout page, you will be asked to select a payment option. The following options are available:
PayFast – Secure Online Payments – EFT, Debit/Credit Cards, etc
Direct EFT – Our banking details will be available on the last page after you have placed an order.
SnapScan – Use the SnapScan App to make the payment.
